Join us for a walk at Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary – af yidish! BWC member and Sharon resident, Judy Bressler, will be our guide. We’ll walk the trails and shmuesn (shmooze), equipped with our trusty Yiddish botanical dictionary. Yiddish speakers and students of all levels are welcome at this intergenerational outing! Come catch up with friends or see your Yiddish classmates in person.
RSVPs to yiddish@circleboston.org are requested so we can send out announcements or weather updates.
Moose Hill is located at 293 Moose Hill Parkway in Sharon, MA, a little over 30 minutes’ drive from Boston. We’ll be organizing oyto-khevres (carpools) from the Boston area. When you RSVP, please let us know if you can drive others or if you would like a ride.
Admission to Moose Hill is free to Mass Audubon members; for non-members, it is $4 Adults, $3 Seniors (65+), $3 Children (2-12).
We recommend bringing a water bottle and a sandwich/snack, and wearing sturdy shoes since we’ll be walking on unpaved trails.
