Over the summer, BWC began a strategic planning process to help us co-create a shared vision for where our community is headed as we set new 3-year strategic priorities. Our new strategic priorities need to be shaped by the many perspectives within our community. To make that happen, we need to hear from you!

All BWC members are invited to join the strategic planning committee for an update on the strategic planning process, a presentation on themes that came up in this summer’s environmental scan (which included an all member survey and interviews with members, partners, and staff), and a discussion on what you would like to see the organization focus on in the next 3 years.
