At a time of increasing authoritarianism in the United States, in Israel/Palestine, and beyond, it can feel challenging to envision a more just world is possible where all peoples are free. Now is the time to learn from our ancestors, elders, and each other about how to resist through anti-fascist, anti-authoritarian, and anti-militaristic strategies and build a community and coalition that can sustain us. We aim to build a space for hope and action that can counteract complacency and despair.
Our workshops will center Jewish leftist perspectives + teachings often left out of the Jewish mainstream and a commitment to liberation for Palestinians, Jews, and all peoples affected by systems of oppression. We commit to being a justice-oriented, connective, imperfect space, for those that seek to learn and grow in community.
