In Part I of this two-part series, we will learn from BWC members about their work in the solidarity economy movement. We will hear from Liza Behrendt, leader in the Resource Organizing Project at Movement Sustainability Commons; Enid Eckstein, leader of the PILOT Action Group; Seth Kirshenbaum, leader of  Movement Sustainability Commons; Richard Krushnic, leader in the movement for a Public Bank in MA; Eliza Parad, Center for Economic Democracy leader in participatory budgeting; Jonathan Rosenthal, co-founder of Equal Exchange, founder of Just Works Consulting (see also New Economy Coalition); and Jenny Silverman, co-founder of the Dorchester Food Co-op.

In Part II, we will focus on how our community at BWC can get more involved in Solidarity Economy projects and practice Solidarity Economy values in the work we do across our organization.
