Join The Reparations Interfaith Coalition of Massachusetts on Zoom for an evening with Professor Jacqueline Jones about her Pulitzer Prize winning new book, No Right to an Honest Living: The Struggle of Boston’s Black Workers in the Civil War Era. The book presents a searing portrait of Black labor and white hypocrisy in nineteenth-century Boston.

Jacqueline Jones is an award-winning scholar, MacArthur Fellow, and three-time Pulitzer finalist. She is a former professor of history at Brandeis University and currently Ellen C. Temple Chair in Women’s History Emerita at the University of Texas at Austin.
