Cognitive Impairment Discussion for Caregivers and Family

September 9 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Description

Discussion for caregivers and family members of those suffering from cognitive impairment: Initial discussion of how we can best support each other

Do you have a family member diagnosed with a form of cognitive impairment?
Are you one of the caregivers for this person?
Do you want to find out how we can best support each other as we provide care and support?
Do you want to just discuss your concerns and fears?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you are not alone.  We know many BWC members are coping with partners, parents, or family members who suffer from some form of cognitive impairment whether it is mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s Disease, or some other diagnosis.

Through the auspices of the Aging in Community group, we are holding a discussion for caregivers and family members to decide how we can best support each other in a mutually beneficial way.  Please join us for this initial discussion.
