HONK!

Meet us in the parking lot at Herbert and Day Streets

Join us at this year's HONK! Festival of Activist Brass Bands Parade in Davis Square, Somerville, on Sunday, October 13th. We'll be marching with our FAVORITE local activist street band: the one and only Second Line Social Aid and Pleasure Society Brass Band!!

Meet us in the parking lot at Herbert and Day Streets at 11:30 am on the 13th with signs and costumes inspired by our mission of building, "A Better World," or as we say in Yiddish, "A Besere Velt!"

We march (and dance and sing and play) from Davis to Harvard Squares, about 2 miles. You can exit the parade at any time if you need or would like to.

So, on Sunday Oct. 13th:
Wear: BWC t-shirts, the color RED, or a costume that represents your/your kid's vision for a better world and comfortable walking/dancing shoes!
Bring: water, sun protection, ear plugs for sensitive ears, & friends!
