TUITION

Tuition for the 2022-2023 school year is structured on a sliding scale as a reflection of our values.

Higher Income, First Student - Full Year: $1,100
Higher Income, Additional Siblings - Full Year: $1000
Moderate Income, First Student - Full Year: $950
Moderate Income, Additional Siblings - Full Year: $850
Limited Income, First Student - Full Year: $825
Limited Income, Additional Siblings - Full Year: $725

Families who can afford to pay more to support our scholarship program are invited to do so. Families who seek financial assistance can apply here.

In addition, all Shule families must become members of Boston Workers Circle. This reflects a deliberate educational philosophy: your child’s Shule experience is both about classroom learning and about your family’s participation in a Jewish community.

There are additional costs in the 6th grade, when the class takes a field trip to Thompson Island, and in the 7th grade B'nai mitzvah year, when families assume the costs of a joint party and luncheon that follows the ceremony.

We are committed to making sure that all interested families are able to attend, regardless of ability to pay. Tuition assistance is available. If you are interested, complete the Tuition Assistance Request form which is linked in the online registration form.

Payment can be submitted by filling out the online tuition formor by mailing in a check. All families are required to fill out the registration forms.

Membership payments can be made through our membership page here, or mailed in with registration materials.

PARENT JOBS

Boston Workers Circle is rooted in a model of mutual aid. The volunteer jobs provide important support to the teachers and students, reflect our communal vision and values, help keep the costs low, and distribute the effort of running the program evenly amongst families. Because of this there is an expectation that each Shule family sign up for a role. If you have any questions or concerns about these roles feel free to reach out to the parent jobs coordinator, a Shule parent, Joanna, whose contact is listed in the form or the Education Director, Meira Soloff, meira@circleboston.org.
