DESCRIPTION:Attention\, fellow crafters and resistors: BWC Mutual Aid is hosting an event for you! Join us every third Saturday of the month at the BWC building from 11am – 1pm for crafting\, community building and skill sharing! \nAll are welcome: bring your fiber craft projects\, share some crafting materials if you have extra\, and get to know our community better. \nBring your projects already in process! We will also have some supplies (extra yarn and some crochet and knitting needles donated by BWC members) if you want to start something new. This event is for every skill level!! There won’t be formal lessons in fiber arts\, but we can happily problem-solve together. \nThis event is a drop-in. Come when it feels right\, and leave when it feels right. \nRegister here.

DESCRIPTION:Create hand-made cards to show care for community members – no drawing skills required! \nJoin members of the Stitch & Resist crew and the Mutual Aid Committee to craft custom cards using stamps\, collage\, drawing\, painting\, and more. The Mutual Aid Committee will send the cards throughout the year to members who are grieving\, healing\, celebrating\, or just need to know that someone is thinking of them. \nWe will provide materials (card stock\, stamps\, ink pads\, markers\, collage supplies\, paints) and inspiration! Feel free to bring your own materials too\, or just your creativity and care for the community. \nNo registration required.
