It’s time for the Jewish Left to lead a coalition that replaces the “legacy” Jewish organizations\, currently in disarray due to their failed strategy of aligning with the U.S. right and exceptionalizing Jews. In past years\, BWC has participated in 1for3’s Walk for Water\, raising money and awareness about the critical impact of the occupation on the need for water and the inequitable distribution of water in Israel/Palestine. Right now our friends are asking us to support early childhood education in the Aida Camp by fundraising for the Expansion of the Zahrat Al-Yasmeen Kindergarten. Nidal Al-Azraq\, executive director of 1for3\, and Katherine Hanna\, founder of the kindergarten program\, will join us to share more about their plans to add a third classroom.
