The Yiddish reading group that meets at Boston Workmen’s Circle is inviting new members. We are presently reading stories by Avraham Karpinovich’s, the son of a theater impresario in Vilna in the early 20th century, who writes with great humor and insight about interesting characters of that time and place.

We meet Friday mornings at the Workmen’s Circle from 11 to 12:30. Our next meetings will be on March 8, March 15, and March 29, April 5, and April 12.
