Solidarity Series:
History of Mutual Aid at the Workmen's Circle

Boston Workmen's Circle, 1762 Beacon St., Brookline

Have you wondered what the original founders of the Workmen's Circle meant by mutual aid? Do you want to learn more about the ways that mutual aid has been practiced in the WC throughout its history? We will gather for the first session in the new multigenerational, young adult-led "Solidarity Series" to hear from Boston Workmen's Circle members about some of the history we have to build on as we struggle to create new forms of mutual aid that are relevant to our lives and our community.

Panel, text study, discussion with a view towards future action.

This program is free. Sponsored by the Acting for Economic Justice (AFEJ) committee of Workmen's Circle. Questions or to RSVP, contact Aliza Wasserman: aliza.wasserman@gmail.com or 516-286-0954.
